BDRP Room Rate
The meeting rate is $314 CAD for standard room. Reservations are first come, first served, and must be made no later than Friday, May 27, 2022. All rates are subject to applicable taxes. The room rates are based on single/double occupancy. There is no charge for children 18 years and under occupying the same room as their parents. This rate is available three days before and three days after the meeting based upon availability. No cancellation charges will apply for rooms cancelled 48 hours or more prior to arrival.

Government Room Rate
A limited number of rooms have been set aside for government employees at the prevailing per diem rate for single/double occupancy. In order to secure this room rate, you will need to reserve early. Historically the government room rate sells out well before the reservation deadline date. Please keep in mind that your government ID will need to be shown when checking into the hotel.

Student Room Rate
A limited number of rooms have been set aside for students at a reduced rate of $299 CAD for single/double occupancy. This rate is available three days before and three days after the meeting based upon availability. In order to secure this room rate, you will need to make your plans early. Historically, the student room rate sells out well before the reservation deadline date. Please keep in mind that your student ID will need to be shown when checking into the hotel.
