About the Hyatt Regency Bellevue

The Hyatt Regency Bellevue is located near many options for dining and entertainment, including Eques, featuring a daily breakfast buffet, Tully’s Coffee offering coffee and smoothies with fresh baked goods, Daniel’s Broiler, which boasts a USDA Prime Steakhouse and an impressive view of Seattle skyline, Koral Bar and Kitschn, a “new American Kitchen” in a relaxed environment, Joey Bellevue serving “new world flavors” in a hip atmosphere, Zen Express with casual Asian cuisine, the Needs Deli, as well as over 45 restaurants connected to the hotel via a series of sky bridges.

A limited number of rooms have been set aside for students at a reduced rate of $149 for single/double occupancy. This rate is available three days before and three days after the meeting based upon availability. In order to secure this room rate, you will need to make your plans early. Historically, the student room rate sells out well before the reservation deadline date. Please keep in mind that your student ID will need to be shown when checking into the hotel. Government Room Rate

Reservation Deadlines and Requirements
You must reserve your room at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue prior to June 5, 2014. All rates are subject to applicable taxes, currently 14.4%. The room rates are based on single/double occupancy. If there will be a third or fourth person in your room, there is an additional charge of $25 per person per night plus tax. There is no charge for children 12 years and under occupying the same room as their parents.
Reservations can be made by calling toll free at 800.633.7313 or direct at 425.462.1234 and telling the reservation office that you are a Society for Birth Defects Research and Prevention meeting participant. Wheelchair accessible rooms are available. Persons with special needs should inform the hotel when making reservations.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 noon. There are fees associated with a late checkout. Please discuss any late checkout arrangements you might need when making your reservation or when you check in to the hotel.

You may access complimentary wireless Internet access in Tully’s café, located near the lobby, or through a free 30-mininute trial in the lobby though Hyatt Regency Bellevue’s WiFi connection.

The Hyatt Regency Bellevue has a full-service business center open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am until 10:00 pm, and the hours vary on Saturday and Sunday. The Concierge Desk, located in the lobby, carries out the Hyatt Regency Bellevue Business Center services. Access to the Business Center service is available 24 hours a day.
