BDRP Room Rate
The meeting rate is $239 for a standard room. Reservations are first come, first served, and must be made no later than Friday, May 23, 2025. All rates are subject to applicable taxes. The room rates are based on single/double occupancy.

Government Room Rate
A limited number of rooms have been set aside for government employees at the prevailing per diem rate for single/double occupancy. To secure this room rate, you will need to reserve early. Historically the government room rate sells out well before the reservation deadline date. Please keep in mind that your government ID will need to be shown when checking into the hotel.

Student Room Rate
A limited number of rooms have been set aside for students at a reduced rate of $199 for single/double occupancy. This rate is available three days before and three days after the meeting based on availability. To secure this room rate, you will need to make your plans early. Historically, the student room rate sells out well before the reservation deadline date. Please keep in mind that your student ID will need to be shown when checking into the hotel.

If you are interested in sharing a hotel room for the BDRP Annual Meeting, please complete the Room Sharing Request Form by May 1. In early May, BDRP Headquarters will put those who completed the Room Sharing Request Form in touch with one another to make arrangements. You will be responsible for making your own hotel reservation. Please contact BDRP Headquarters with any questions or concerns.
