President’s Invitation to the 65th Annual Meeting
I invite you to attend the Society for Birth Defects Research and Prevention's 65th Annual Meeting at the Hilton Denver City Center, in Denver, Colorado on June 28-July 2, 2025.
This year's meeting theme is "Reaching New Heights in Birth Defects Research: Fundamentals to Cutting-Edge Research." The Program Committee, chaired by Prägati Coder, has organized an outstanding program around this theme. Scientific session topics include:

Our Education Committee, which has a track record of organizing top-notch continuing education courses, has developed the following Continuing Education courses, under the leadership of chair Ronee Baracani:

- Genomics and Multi-omic AI Applications for Birth Defect Research (Mini Course)
For those who have never had the opportunity to attend a BDRP Annual Meeting, join us in 2025 and see for yourself how BDRP hosts an outstanding educational and scientific event that provides researchers who span the breadth of academia, industry, regulatory agencies, contract research organizations, consulting companies, and clinical specialties with a forum to exchange knowledge and ideas that promote and expand the value of birth defects research and prevention.
The Developmental Neurotoxicology Society (DNTS), National Birth Defects Prevention Network (NBDPN), and Organization of Teratology Information Specialists (OTIS) will hold their 2025 annual meetings concurrently with BDRP in Denver. Concurrent meetings allow for joint sessions on topics of common interest, and the opportunity for networking between attendees, enriching the exchange of scientific ideas for all participants. Joint registration rates for individuals holding membership in BDRP and a sister society will be available.
To make our meeting truly excellent, we need you! Abstracts are due Saturday, February 15, 2025, and trainees whose abstracts are accepted may apply for travel awards.
