Registration Information
Register for the Society for Birth Defects Research and Prevention (BDRP) Virtual Annual Meeting:
The 2020 annual meeting took place virtually – June 25, 29, and 30, and July 1 and 2, with virtual education courses on July 16, 23, and 30. You may still register to access the meeting sessions and/or courses On Demand through early June 2021. You may register for the full meeting, for just for one-day of the meeting, and/or for one or more courses. View the full agenda here.
Discounts are available for BDRP members (30% off), individuals participating in On Demand CME Modules (30% off), and students and postdoctoral fellows (75% off). Please email BDRP Headquarters in order to request your discount code. Current members of our three sister societies (DNTS, ETS and OTIS) are eligible for a 25% discount on registration. Contact your member organization to request this code.
Physicians, Physician Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners participating in On Demand CME Modules should register for the Full Virtual Annual Meeting OR the One-Day for the module(s) in which they are interested. The On Demand CME Module agenda is available here.

Registration Discount Code
The discounted prices above for current BDRP members who have paid their 2020 dues and students and postdoctoral fellows require the use of discount code during online registration. Please email BDRP Headquarters in order to request your discount code. Students and postdoctoral fellows who are not BDRP members should include proof of their student/postdoc status with their requests.
Discounted prices above for current members of our three sister societies (DNTS, ETS and OTIS) require the use of a discount code during online registration. Members of DNTS and OTIS may contact their organization’s headquarters or BDRP Headquarters to request this discount code. ETS members should use the PDF form to register and include documentation of ETS membership status when submitting the form.
Nonmembers who pay the full meeting registration fee are encouraged to apply for BDRP membership by July 31 to qualify for a waiver of their 2021 dues. Apply online today!
Registration Cancellation Policy
There is a $25 charge for cancellation of the Education Course or Meeting Registration before June 1, 2020. No refunds after June 1, 2020.
