This year's Annual Meeting will be held at the McNamara Alumni Center on the University of Minnesota Twin Cities campus, providing attendees with a unique and welcoming conference experience in the heart of Minneapolis. Because the meeting is being hosted at an academic venue rather than a hotel, there is no official conference hotel or housing block.

Attendees are welcome to select accommodations that best suit their individual preferences and budget. Several hotels are conveniently located within walking distance or a short drive of the McNamara Alumni Center, offering a variety of amenities and price points. We encourage participants to make hotel reservations early to ensure availability. A variety of hotels are conveniently located within walking distance or a short drive from the venue.

Nearby options include:

Graduate by Hilton Minneapolis: This is the closest and most convenient option. It is directly connected to the McNamara Alumni Center by an indoor tunnel, making it the perfect choice if you are attending a conference or wedding there.
Home2 Suites by Hilton Minneapolis University Area & Hampton Inn & Suites Minneapolis University Area: These connected hotels are in the Prospect Park / Stadium Village area and are about a 10 to 15-minute walk from the alumni center.
Days Hotel by Wyndham University Ave SE: This budget-friendly hotel is located about a 10 to 15-minute walk to the venue.
Courtyard Minneapolis Downtown: Located on the West Bank of the campus (roughly a mile away), it offers a complimentary shuttle service that connects guests to various university buildings, including the McNamara Alumni Center.
Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis University Area: Located across from the University of Minnesota.

We encourage attendees to reserve accommodations early, as hotel availability and rates may vary depending on other events taking place in the Minneapolis area.

Please note that the McNamara Alumni Center is also easily accessible from many downtown Minneapolis hotels by car or Metro Transit.
